City maps : a free city map is available at the Beograd Tourist Organization , Mose Pijade . Other maps are on sale at newstands, some more are available at Geokarta, Bulevar vojvode Misica 39, along the Sava in front of the Belgrade fairgrounds.
Toilets : the public toilet on Republic Square , just beside the National Theater, was being rebuilt when I was there. Hopefully, when completed it will be the best public rest room in the city center, although I was informed that it had previously a dubious reputation.
