CELMEC VII PAPER PRIZE

RULES

TOPIC: a prize will be awarded to the best original research work, showing innovative theoretical and/or numerical methods in Celestial Mechanics and Astrodynamics.
APPLICATION: the prize is awarded on the basis of an original paper published in a peer-reviewed journal during the past 3 years (namely after 1/1/2014). The applicant is required to send to celmec@mat.uniroma2.it a copy of the paper together with a short summary (maximum 2 pages) in PDF format, including the following paragraphs:

1. Introduction with the description of the methods and of the main results
2. Description of the work
3. Results
4. Conclusions
5. A short bibliography.

The applicant should send a short CV (max 5 pages) in PDF format, including the list of the 10 main publications.
REQUIREMENTS: The applicant, or at least one of the authors, is required to participate to CELMEC. At the time of the publication, the first author should be below 35 years old.
SELECTION: a special committee formed by 3 distinguished scientists will select the best work; the prize ceremony is held during the CELMEC meeting.
DEADLINE: 30 June 2017, at 11 p.m. CET.
